In August of 2006, Marc G. of Wefing's Marine and his wife Anita made a trip to Augusta, Maine to meet the folks from Maritime Boat Works and tour the factory. They also had a chance to sea trial a couple of the Maritime Boats in and around Rockland Harbor. While there, they took the opportunity to generally act the part of the tourist on a busman's holiday while attending the Maine Boats, Homes and Harbors Boat Show, a large in the water boat show held every summer in Rockland Harbor.
There are three photo albums on this site. The Sea Trial Album consists of pictures Marc shot while taking part in those sea trials on the waters of Rockland Harbor. The Boat Works Album was shot at the factory where Marc and Anita had an opportunity to watch some truly skilled craftsmen at work making some of the most beautifully finished fiberglass boats we have ever seen. The Boat Show Album was shot at the large boat show Marc and Anita thoroughly enjoyed and around Rockland Harborm where that in the water show took place.
